For someone like me, who is not that much curious about exploring new places and cultures, Lausanne held a special allure. It was a destination I had longed to visit, especially after hearing countless stories from colleagues who had been there. Finally, an opportunity arose in December 2023 when I was invited to attend a X-Functional Sustainability Team Workshop in Lausanne, where my company Philip Morris International's headquarter is located. The anticipation and excitement were palpable as I embarked on this journey.

surprise – the weather was milder than expected, and the city was bathed in the
early morning light. Opting for a leisurely walk to my hotel, I marveled at the
